Built for contractors, by a contractor
I've been on the ladder when the phone rang.
I spent 15 years running Timby Construction in Northern Colorado. I know what it's like to be on a ladder when the phone rings, to write quotes at 10pm and to chase subs and permits. For remodelers, roofers, plumbers, flooring and every other trade, I build systems that answer while you're on the job and follow up so you don't have to.
Also helping salons, clinics, gyms, home services and B2B companies.
More for contractorsI checked 51 Northern Colorado contractor websites.
25 had no chat widget, so there was no way for a visitor to get an answer after hours.
From my own local research, Oct 2026.
What it looks like for a trades business
- Someone calls while you're on a roof. They get a text back within a minute.
- A homeowner visits your site at 9pm. They get an answer instead of leaving.
- A quote goes out. Follow-ups go out on their own until you hear back.
- Your notes and photos turn into a draft estimate you can clean up and send.
Proof, not promises
How I use AI in my own construction business
I don't have client case studies yet, so here's what I actually run day to day:
- An AI assistant that keeps my time logs, so I know where my hours go without filling in a spreadsheet.
- Lead tracking: new leads get logged and organized in one place instead of living in my texts.
- Email drafting: the assistant writes first drafts of replies and follow-ups, and I review them before they go out.
- A lead-calling app I built on Twilio to work through a call list faster.
Nothing fancy. Just the boring stuff handled so I can spend more time on real work. [Ben: add an honest before/after in your own words]
